Looking for a time-effective workshop to grow as a successful supervisor? Through two full days packed with tools and techniques, participants will learn the functional skills of effective management and supervision. This program is ideal for newly promoted supervisors as well as those looking to brush up their skills alongside other area businesses. Plus, we now offer a certification through Supervisor Advantage. It's a great way to boost your resume. This year's program will be facilitated by Bruce Miles of Big River Group in-person both days.

DON’T WAIT TO REGISTER! Cost is $825 per person and is limited to 32 Chamber members. Deadline to register is May 9th (or sooner if the class is filled), and fees include The Leader’s Window book, class materials, and lunch both days. Through the support of Anderson Brothers Construction, scholarships (25% discount) are available upon request to very small businesses and nonprofit organizations with fewer than 5 employees.

Employee Engagement, SMART Goals, Performance Reviews, Terminations

Afternoon: Reducing Conflict & Dealing with Difficult Employees
Team Building & Pitfalls, Diagnosing & Diffusing Conflict, Managing Difficult Employees, Course Capstones & Certificate Presentation

SCHOLARSHIPS
A 25% discount is available to small businesses (2-5 employees) and non-profits with financial limitations. Just ask.

COMMITMENT
Individuals are required to attend both full days. Applicants need to review their schedules to make sure that they can attend all of the sessions prior to applying.

CERTIFICATION
You will now receive a CERTIFICATION for Supervisor Advantage.  Attendance and review of material is a required part of the certification process.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Dr. Bruce Miles is the owner & CEO of the Big River Group. He has also been an Assistant Professor & taught Graduate & Doctoral coursework in the areas of leadership, research, planning, finance & personnel. He is a national-level presenter and trainer in the areas of strategic planning, organizational improvement, organizational conflict & difficult employees.
