Building Services Project Coordinator
The Building Services Project Coordinator will be responsible for project execution support to multiple team members. They will provide contract management and financial management support from the beginning of the project (bidding/estimating process), all functions involving the set-up of projects, invoicing, billings, contractual and administrative procedures. This position will provide a high level of customer service and requires professionalism in dealing with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other team members.
Five years administrative experience with knowledge of the construction industry, billing and accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office with a working knowledge of project management software including Builder Trend and/or Procore, PDF systems and Sage Construction, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills, ability to work effectively with others with a high level of professionalism, ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment and must possess an understanding of contract administration, tracking and follow up of quotes, proposals and pay requests. Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or higher.
