Member Service Representative

Member Service Representatives’ role as an Energy Advisor is to facilitate installation of electric services, evaluate electric usage and to promote energy and non-energy programs with members and contractors in a professional manner.  This position requires strong technical knowledge to educate and consult with members on commercial or residential energy conservation, construction, and program offerings.  Excellent written and oral communication is required, along with patience and the ability to explain programs and processes to ensure member satisfaction.

Education, Skills and Requirements:

•    High School diploma or equivalent with an Associate’s degree preferred.  

•    Specialized training in electrical, mechanical, or customer relations preferred.

•    Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred

•    Must have good computer skills in spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software.

•    Must have excellent communication skills 

•    Possess the qualifications, experience, and skills deemed appropriate by management

•    Possess a valid driver’s license
