
Production Operators
Essential Functions of the Production Operator:
A. Conduct tool/mold changes
B. Inspection of molded and assembled components
C. Conduct secondary operations such as routering and flaming
D. Conduct fiber glassing tasks as required
E. Assure paperwork/procedures are being followed
F. Keep work areas clean and organized
G. Promote positive and productive working environment
H. Suggest cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas
I. Be flexible to support various operations within the department
J. Document updates to work instructions as required
K. Other duties as assigned
Competence:
Experienced with rotational molding, vac forming, fiber glassing, and assembly processes and equipment
Experienced in the production part processes
Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize
Ability to work well with others
Physical ability to handle parts and materials up to 60 pounds and to work long days in a warm environment
Additional skills as deemed necessary
