Responsibilities and Duties:
Person will be responsible for assisting Marketing & Event Director and Camp Director in a variety of roles, including (but not limited to) creation of promotional materials, organization of partners, writing of letters, maintaining social media accounts, updating of websites, sending of e-newsletters, contact database management, etc…
Qualifications and Skills:
- AA Degree and/or 2+ years equivalence in experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including:
o website & social media management
o Microsoft Suite
o Contact Database management
Desired skills but not required:
- Graphic design experience
- Event planning experience
Compensation & Hours:
Salary based on experience. Benefits include monthly stipend for medical insurance, 401K matching, Sick, Vacation & Holiday Pay.
Position is a full time salaried (40 hours/week) position primarily M-F. Some weekends during ‘fundraising events’ will be required – generally, less than 8 weekends per year.
