Calling all Crafters! Show off your talent and apply to be a part of Pequot Lakes' 2023 Stars & Stripes Days and/or Bean Hole Days! Please read the agreement below and submit it with payment by registering online.
Prior to registering for our event, we require that you have the following information:
*CHAMBER MEMBERS RECEIVE ONE FREE 10x10 BOOTH PER EVENT!
BOOTHS: All booth spaces are 10x10’. You may purchase two booth spaces (10x20). Spaces are assigned by the event committees.
Artists are responsible for providing tent, table and chairs and electrical source. Tents must be adaptable to grass or blacktop.
SET UP/TEAR DOWN: Stars and Stripes and Bean Hole Days both require same day set-up. Vendors need to make sure all garbage around their site is picked up after the event.
STARS & STRIPES DAYS - JULY 4th // NON-JURIED EVENT
Check-in time with staff is 7:00 am. Booths can be torn down after 2:00 pm on the day of the event. No day before set-up.

Booth sizes are 10x10 or 10x20. Chamber members receive one FREE 10x10 booth per event.
Application and payment for Stars & Stripes Days are due by June 15th, 2023. There is a $25 late fee after June 15th, 2023. Registration closes on June 26th.
BEAN HOLE DAYS - JULY 19th // JURIED EVENT
Check-in time with staff is 7:00 am. Booths can be torn down after 2:00 pm on the day of the event. No day before set-up.

Event planner has sole discretion as to which exhibitors are accepted. Merchandise made by or purchased from others to sell will not be accepted.
Application and payment for Bean Hole Days are due by June 15th, 2023. There is a $25 late fee after June 15th, 2023. Registration closes on June 26th.

Cancellation/Refund policy: Once the Chamber has received your application with payment, it is expected you will attend. If you find it is impossible to do so, please notify the Chamber as soon as possible, as we may want to offer your space to another exhibitor on our waiting list. Your application fee, less a $30 administrative fee, will be refunded up to the deadline of June 15th for Bean Hole Days and June 15th for Stars and Stripes. If cancellation is made after these deadline dates, your application fee will be forfeited.
Craft vendor registrations for Stars & Stripes Days are due June 15th, 2023. Late fee will be applied to all applications received after June 15th. All applications are cut-off on June 26th.
