2024 Stars & Stripes Days and Bean Hole Days Crafter Registration

Sign up to be a craft vendor at Stars & Stripes Days and/or Bean Hole Days in Pequot Lakes!

Calling all Crafters! Show off your talent and apply to be a part of Pequot Lakes' 2024 Stars & Stripes Days and/or Bean Hole Days! Please read the agreement below and submit it with payment by registering online.

Prior to registering for our event, we require that you have the following information:

• Decide whether you will be participating in the non-juried event, juried event, or both.
• Business Name
• Contact Information
• MN Sales Tax License Number
• Product Description
• Booth Size Preference (10x10 or 10x20)

*CHAMBER MEMBERS RECEIVE ONE FREE 10x10 BOOTH PER EVENT!

BOOTHS: All booth spaces are 10x10’. You may purchase two booth spaces (10x20). Spaces are assigned by the event committees.

Artists are responsible for providing tent, table and chairs and electrical source. Tents must be adaptable to grass or blacktop.

SET UP/TEAR DOWN: Stars and Stripes and Bean Hole Days both require same day set-up. Vendors need to make sure all garbage around their site is picked up after the event.

STARS & STRIPES DAYS: JULY 4, 2024 (Non-Juried Event)

• Check-in time with staff is 7:00 am. Booths can be torn down after 2:00 pm on the day of the event. No day before set-up.
• Complete application by registering here online. 
• Booth sizes are 10x10 or 10x20. Chamber members receive one FREE 10x10 booth per event.
• Application and payment for Stars & Stripes Days are due by June 14th, 2024. There is a $25 late fee after June 14th, 2023. Registration closes on June 28th.

BEAN HOLE DAYS: JULY 17, 2024 (Juried Event)

• Check-in time with staff is 7:00 am. Booths can be torn down after 2:00 pm on the day of the event. No day before set-up.
  
• Complete application by registering here online. You will need the following to register:
  • Submit three images by uploading to the online registration form
  • Label each photo clearly with the exhibitor’s name
  • Photos must be representative of the work exhibited
  • All work must be 100 percent original in design and final product
  • Preference will be given to exhibitors with original craftsmanship and consistency in the work and a command of the medium
  • IMPORTS, COMMERCIAL JEWELRY, KITS, MOLDED CERAMICS, OR MANUFACTURED ITEMS will NOT be accepted
• Event planner has sole discretion as to which exhibitors are accepted. Merchandise made by or purchased from others to sell will not be accepted.
• Application and payment for Bean Hole Days are due by June 14th, 2024. There is a $25 late fee after June 14th, 2023. Registration closes on June 28th.

Cancellation/Refund policy: Once the Chamber has received your application with payment, it is expected you will attend. If you find it is impossible to do so, please notify the Chamber as soon as possible, as we may want to offer your space to another exhibitor on our waiting list. Your application fee, less a $30 administrative fee, will be refunded up to the deadline of June 14th for Bean Hole Days and June 15th for Stars and Stripes. If cancellation is made after these deadline dates, your application fee will be forfeited.
