Become a Vendor at Pequot Lakes’ Biggest Summer Events

Join us for two of the most loved summer traditions in the Brainerd Lakes Area:
Stars & Stripes Days and Bean Hole Days

Showcase your products, connect with thousands of attendees, and be part of long-standing community celebrations.

Please have the following information ready to complete your application:

• Event selection: Non-juried, juried, or both
• Business name
• Contact information
• Minnesota Sales Tax ID number
• Product description
• Booth size preference (10x10 or 10x20)
• Form of payment

Booth Spaces & Pricing

Standard Size Space

• Size: 10' x 10'
• Fee: $100

Double Size Space

• Size: 10' x 20'
• Fee: $200

*CHAMBER MEMBERS RECEIVE ONE FREE 10x10 BOOTH PER EVENT!

All vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and setup materials.

STARS & STRIPES DAYS: JULY 4, 2026 (Non-Juried Event) 

• Check-in time is 7:00 am. 
• Booths taken down after 2:00 pm on the day of the event.  No early tear down.
• No day before set-up.
• Applications must be submitted by June 19, 2026
• A $25 late fee applies after the deadline
• Space is limited and not guaranteed
• Early application is strongly encouraged

BEAN HOLE DAYS: JULY 15, 2026 (Juried Event) 

• Check-in time with staff is 7:00 am. 
• Booths taken down after 2:00 pm on the day of the  event. No early tear down.
• No day before set-up.
• Complete application by registering here online. You will need the following to register:
  • Submit three images by uploading to the online registration form
    • Photos must be representative of the work exhibited
  • All work must be 100 percent original in design and final product
  • IMPORTS, COMMERCIAL JEWELRY, KITS, MOLDED CERAMICS, OR MANUFACTURED ITEMS will NOT be accepted
    • Merchandise made by or purchased from others to sell will not be accepted.
• Event planner has sole discretion as to which exhibitors are accepted.
• Applications must be submitted by June 19, 2026
