Meet the Trainer: Doug Cook

Doug has held several executive and ownership roles in businesses leading up to and through their ownership transitions. He has first-hand knowledge of the challenges small to mid-sized owners face in succession planning while also trying to maintain and grow their businesses. His extensive experience and professional education is the foundation on which he formed his own Minnesota based firm in 2020 where he serves as Senior Value Advisor at Headwaters Strategic Succession Consulting, LLC, based out of St. Cloud.
