Inspired by world travel, Chef Camplin's career has taken him from New Zealand to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, New York City, San Diego and back to the Midwest. Today, he serves as a culinary consultant, bringing elite technique and global influence to every kitchen he touches. 

Now, for one unforgettable night, Chef Camplin joins us at Grand View Lodge with an exclusively curated menu:

• Hamachi Crudo – Grapefruit, lemon, chili crisp, pea tendril
• Jamón-Wrapped Sardine – Green olive salsa verde, Tribeca oven baguette
