MEMORIAL DAY 'MURPH' CHALLENGE 

5/26 7:30am @ Mount Ski Gull Join us to complete the MSG Murph Challenge (listed below)! 

MSG (modified) MURPH 1 Mile Run 100 Burpies 200 Push Ups 300 Air Squats 1 Mile Run Must Pre-Register; Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water; Plan to be outside on the deck at MSG! Must sign a waiver when you arrive. 

AGES 18+; 14-17 can REGISTER WITH AN ADULT.
