We’re expanding Peer 360 Groups in 2026 and welcoming new members to join! This fast-growing program now includes 14 groups and more than 100 participants representing every sector of business—from manufacturing and transportation to hospitality and finance.

Learn how the Peer 360 program is making an impact during an informational webinar featuring current members. This one-hour session will give prospective participants a chance to learn about Peer 360 Groups directly from people who are in it.

About Peer 360 Groups

Business owners and managers are faced with many important decisions that can impact their business growth and personal well-being. It can be lonely at the top, and many leaders lack a trusted peer group to help them navigate challenges and opportunities.

Our Peer 360 program connects like-minded peers who help them work through key professional issues, and sometimes even personal ones. The format is centered around an in-depth Q&A exercise that allows presenters to process an issue and gain clarity before taking in peer advice.

Professional facilitators guide the 90-minute monthly meetings, and group members come from a wide variety of industries and all levels of businesses and non-profits. Consistent attendance and confidentiality are required. Peer 360 participation is only $395 per year and is an exclusive chamber Member benefit.

New participants can join an existing group or form a new one. Below are several groups currently accepting new members, the times they meet, and their facilitator. 

• Small Business Owners (Meets 1st Thursday 7:30-9 AM)
• Executives (Meets the 2nd Thursday 7:30-9 AM)
• WAVE Young Professionals (Meets the 1st Wednesday 1:30-3 PM)
• Marketing (Meets the 2nd Tuesday 8:30-10 AM)
