Sporting Clay League

Description

Join Hunts Point Gun Club's Sporting Clays League running from mid-April through August, featuring 12 fifty-bird rounds on regularly changing courses. Shoot at your convenience during open hours with family, friends, or coworkers - we'll count your best cores while providing a variety of target presentations throughout the season.

Hunter / Fun Division: 11 rounds of 50 targets per person (550 total targets)

Competitive Division: 15 rounds of 50 targets per person (750 total targets)

COURSE VARIETY & LEAGUE DETAILS

Experience constant challenge and excitement as we offer courses and target menus for each division. The Hunter/Fun and Competitive divisions each have their own dedicated course layouts and target presentations throughout the summer.

Key League Details:

• Shoot 1-4 rounds (Hunter) or 1-5 rounds (Competitive) of 50 targets per league session
• You can shoot as many league rounds as you want during a session - we'll keep your best scores
• To qualify for individual and team awards & prizes, you must complete all required rounds (11 for Hunter, 15 for Competitive)
• Two divisions feature separate courses with different target presentations and difficulty levels

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

• All skill levels are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned shooter or just getting started, our league provides a supportive environment to improve your abilities
• Teams consist of 4-8 shooters, with individuals or smaller groups (1-3 shooters) being linked up with a House Team. Individual signups are encouraged!
• You must have at least one other person with you when shooting a league round (this person does not need to be a shooter themselves). The league is more than just an activity - it's a community experience that builds relationships and skills simultaneously.
