Are you ready to join an exceptional, growing team in the heart of Minnesota’s beautiful lake country? The Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, Baxter’s Bar & Grill, and the Paul Bunyan Waterpark are seeking motivated individuals for multiple positions!

Housekeeping

As a housekeeper you will work with a team of cleaning professionals. Our ideal Housekeeper is able to notice small details as they complete their room cleaning responsibilities. Candidates with prior cleaning experience are preferred, but we are willing to train hardworking individuals who are motivated to work hard as a member of our team to ensure that the hotel maintains a comfortable, clean and orderly appearance at all times in guest rooms and public areas. Must be available to start by 8:30 am.

Front Desk Staff

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for performing a wide variety of receptionist, secretarial as well as customer service duties at our main entrance. As the first member of our hotel team to be seen by customers, this position must remain professional, presentable, and friendly towards customers and other team members at all times. The variety of duties as well as the fast-paced environment associated with this position require an ability to multi-task, communicate well, and remain organized at all times.

Night Audit

The Night Auditor oversees nightly hotel operations verifying daily transactions and performing end of day accounting tasks. Attention to detail is a must in this position.

Assistant Waterpark Manager

The Assistant Waterpark Manager will support the Water Park Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the water park, ensuring safe, smooth operations, guest satisfaction, staff performance, safety compliance, and cleanliness. This role involves collaboration with other departments and maintaining a positive work environment. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Waterpark Lifeguards

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests at the waterpark. This role involves monitoring swimming areas, maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness, and providing exceptional guest service. The Lifeguard will work closely with management and other staff to create a positive and enjoyable environment. (Certification is a plus, but we can help you get certified!) Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Snack Bar Attendants

As a Snack Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area at the waterpark. This role includes handling transactions, set-up/delivery/clean up of special events (birthday parties etc.) in our party rooms, ensuring guest satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to create a positive environment. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

On-Call Banquet Attendants

Our on call banquet attendants assist with setup, service, and cleanup for events and banquets. Providing exceptional service to ensure memorable experiences for guests.

Part-Time Breakfast Cook

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing necessary breakfast food, assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets and ensuring the buffet remains well-stocked at all times. This position will be responsible for completing tasks necessary to close down the breakfast area after breakfast service has ended. Ensuring food is prepared to quality standards and in a timely manner to help our guests start their day off right. Early morning shifts. Must be available to start by 5 am weekdays and 6 am weekends.

Part-Time Breakfast Attendant

The Breakfast Attendant assists the breakfast cook in set up, delivery and clean up of the breakfast buffet. Provides friendly and efficient service to hotel guests while keeping breakfast stocked, cleaned up and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Early morning shifts with flexible scheduling. Must be available to start by 5 am weekdays and 6 am weekends.
